WHAT IS ADHD COACHING?
ADHD Coaching is a collaborative, supportive, goal-oriented process in which the coach and the client work together to identify the client’s goals and then develop the self-awareness, systems, skills, and strategies necessary for the client to achieve those goals and full potential.
ADHD coaching is client-centred, client-driven, and confidential. We know that you are the expert in your own life!!
The ADHD coach and client collaborate to develop awareness of the client’s strengths and challenges. The coach supports the client in creating systems and strategies tailored to the client’s needs and to strengthen their ability to manage challenges.
Coaching can increase awareness about ADHD and how it impacts across a lifetime. The coach may also provide information regarding tools and resources related to ADHD, as well as research-based information relevant to the client’s needs.
We offer individualised ADHD Coaching for adults, teenagers and parents in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and online around Australia.
